Talent Acquisition Manager – 6 month FTC

HRLife are excited to be partnering with a growing, innovative business to hire their next Talent Acquisition Manager for an initial 6 month FTC to support both the UK and US hiring.
You’ll be visible, present and great at building relationships with stakeholders, educating them on hiring processes and attracting the best talent into the business.
This role is based in Oxfordshire and the ideal candidate will live nearby and happy being in the office 4 days a week.
Your day to day responsibilities will include;
- Defining a robust recruitment process that attracts and retains great talent
- Using current tools to attract the best people and ensure a brilliant candidate experience
- Managing the fill recruitment process from initial contact with the candidate through to offer negotiation
- Create Job descriptions and interview questions that are current and relevant to the live roles
- Advocating the brand and positioning it as an employer of choice
- Contributing to raising social media presence and participating in global projects
- Implementing an ATS and rolling out to the business
- Working closely with managers to advise them on best practice to ensure every recruitment is fair and inclusive
- Using data and analytics to make improvements and advise hiring managers on salaries and market trends etc.
This is a great role for someone who is available at short notice. Ideally you’ll have experience of working previously in either the Pharmaceutical or Life Science sector.
Salary £65-75k….plus bens.
