We had a critical and urgent need within the business for a Group HR Director position after a Carve-out deal. The turnaround within 5 weeks from an initial briefing to the final placement was quite extraordinary. The quality of diverse set of candidates presented gave me a chance to evaluate our options and align with the business needs. My experience with HRLife was one in which I was both pleasantly surprised and impressed by their speed of work, relationship forming and detail and knowledge about the business. I thought I was familiar with all the key HR related agencies, but had HRLife recommended to me by a former team member of mine.

In short, the turnaround in between me initially finding the role and then getting an offer and starting was just shy of two weeks. This included them responding to my application the day after posting it; getting me an interview 2 days after that, acquiring key business information, internal interviewee summary, format and other key detail that enhance the entire candidate journey for me.

As a candidate I cannot fault the service Jemma provided... from the first conversation we had, I shared my experience and what I was looking for - Jemma had already identified and matched my skills, so had a role in mind! The process of interview to job offer including several conversations and face to face meetings was complete within a week!  This was quick but totally the right role for me and one of the best moves I made - thank you Jemma!
