HRLife are working with a newly appointed, inspirational Chief People Officer who is looking for their first Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join them in this dynamic, growing international business as they start to set the strategy and culture and put in place the HR framework.

This is pretty much a blank canvas, so whilst you’ll be hands-on sourcing roles, attracting and engaging the best talent across multiple countries you’ll also be agreeing job descriptions, advising on the best sourcing methods, upskilling line managers and supporting their interviews through to working on a number of different projects. These could include selecting an ATS, working with the CPO to produce a successful onboarding process or putting together a compelling Employee Value Proposition. It’s a hugely varied role which will undoubtedly evolve over time but will always support the business in ensuring outstanding candidate experience during and after the hiring process.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition expert who understands what good hiring process looks like, is a proactive sourcing specialist and can manage the candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll have experience in:

  • Building a Talent Acquisition offering
  • Operating as “the TA expert” (without having a wider TA team around you)
  • Using a variety of appropriate sourcing channels depending on role and country
  • Coaching hiring managers on best practice interview methods
  • Experience of hiring in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Working as a brand ambassador, delivering a first-class candidate experience

This is a remote working role with occasional meetings in London and very occasional international travel.

Salary – Up to £60k plus bonus
