We’re delighted to be working with a pioneering, innovative biotech to find their HR/People Operations Lead. Based in Oxford they operate a hybrid working model with 3 days a week in the office and are happy to consider candidates on either a full or part-time basis (4 days a week).
This is a stand-alone People Operations role encompassing all aspects of the employee life cycle whilst continually ensuring and improving the employee experience. With a real passion for people and culture you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of all core HR processes including talent reviews, performance management and reward
- Partnering with hiring managers and external agencies to deliver the recruitment strategy
- Delivering a first-class onboarding experience
- Inputting into payroll and ensuring benefits renewals
- Promoting and leading on health and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensuring the values are embedded across all HR processes
With previous experience operating at HR Business Partner / Manager level in a dynamic small business environment operating in the biotech / tech sector, you’ll have a real people centred approach, enjoy an operationally HR focused role and have the confidence and ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
