HRLife are excited to be working with a purpose-led organisation where the people are at the heart of everything they do to find them their next Interim Head of People and Culture to cover a period of maternity leave.

Available immediately, you will come from a small business and be used to working with senior leaders during a period of change. With a broad generalist background you will be able to work at pace, build great relationships and have exposure to change projects.

You’ll be responsible for;

  • Leading the People strategy, embedding new ways of working, driving efficiencies and embedding new values to strengthen the employer brand ensuring an inclusive and supportive culture
  • Provide support and coaching to the leadership team on strategic future vision, embedding new initiatives to enhance overall performance and strategic position
  • Design and implement highly effective performance management plans, career pathways and succession plans
  • Create and embed innovative reward strategies tailored to attract and retain top talent, while ensuring fairness and equity ensuring they align with the strategy
  • Drive the development of organisational design strategies and initiatives aimed at optimising efficiency, collaboration, and agility across departments, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability
  • Support the development of employee engagement and wellbeing plans to drive talent, retention and the employer brand
  • Lead the employee and leadership learning and development programme ensuring people have the right skills to be effective in their jobs
  • Coaching and supporting one HR team member

Flexible hours considered. 2 days a week in the office in Rugby.

The role is fixed term and will conclude at the end of February 2024.
